In this recording, the German artist Natascha Sadr Haghighian describes the technical details behind the main piece of her sound installation ‘# 04 Natascha Sadr Haghighian. De paso’, on display at La Capella MACBA exhibition space from 8 July to 12 December 2011.
The work employs a system of eight speakers to reproduce the sporadic squelching sound of a plastic bottle under the weight of a suitcase with wheels. The recording was made in La Capella MACBA itself.
