“Nouvelle vague porno” is a nightly session billed as a part of the monographic seminar “Porn Studies” with Linda Williams, and functions simultaneously both a forum for porno cinema and as a space for critique and performance. This activity has the goal of exploring the new porno avant-garde where the emerging aesthetics and cultures of French porno films mix with discussions of feminist, post-feminist and pro-porno political movements. All are promoting a new agenda in pornographic language and producing new contra-hegemonic sexual models. SON[I]A speaks with Beatriz Preciado, director of the seminar, together with Manuel Asensi.
